Job Summary
Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure every vehicle is washed to perfection while managing daily operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Develop and implement new wash procedures to improve efficiency and quality, and oversee financial management to keep the car wash within budget and profitable. Build strong customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and adapt to operational needs, including peak times on weekends and holidays. This part-time or full-time role offers up to $18 per hour plus a bonus program, with opportunities for growth within an expanding family of brands.
