Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for daily restaurant operations at Moe’s Southwest Grill, overseeing shift leaders and team members, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction in Quality/Service/Cleanliness, and driving profitability via Sterling Systems. The role includes staffing planning, developing team members through performance reviews, maintaining health and safety standards (ServSafe certification, Steritech inspections), enforcing Moe’s/ Sterling operational standards, managing food flow from ordering to serving, and coordinating with the General Manager/Operating Partner. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities are required; proficiency with MS Word and Excel and valid US work eligibility are expected.
Required Qualifications
