Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure 100% guest satisfaction across quality, service, and cleanliness. Oversee shift leaders and 15-25 team members while enforcing operational standards, food safety protocols, and sanitary practices to maintain 90%+ inspection scores. Optimize profits by utilizing Sterling Systems to meet sales, labor, and cost goals, and handle all financial reporting accurately. Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing needs, and deliver ongoing feedback to develop team members. Report to the General Manager or Operating Partner, adhering to weekly 50-hour schedules with occasional variations. Maintain a professional image, enforce security procedures, and handle hazardous equipment and catering deliveries as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must be a certified Moe's Manager
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word and Excel)
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in The United States
- Must agree to a background check

- Work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment
- Weekly work week should be 50 hours
- Occasionally a manager's hours will vary to ensure the proper operation of the restaurant
