Job Summary
Manage daily operations, oversee product ordering and inventory, and handle direct P&L responsibility while ensuring quality standards. Lead training and scheduling efforts for staff, maintain customer service excellence, and make empowered decisions to support business needs. Available to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Experience in quick serve is required, with pizza experience a definite plus.
