Job Summary
Assistant Manager at the Barn - Harvester (Mitchells & Butlers) provides day-to-day operational support to the General Manager, leads and develops the team to deliver excellent food, drink and guest service, acts as Duty Manager when the GM isn’t present, and focuses on mentoring staff, delivering WOW guest experiences, and fostering a welcoming, high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory role in hospitality/restaurant setting
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Customer-focused with emphasis on guest experience
- Flexibility to work in a busy service environment
