Job Summary
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as the Duty Manager during their absence. Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service while mentoring individuals to reach their full potential. Lead your team in creating memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits. This role offers amazing progression opportunities, with over 150 Assistant Managers promoted to General Managers last year.
