Assistant Manager

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as the Duty Manager when they are unavailable. Train and inspire your team using strong communication skills to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service. Mentor individuals to reach their full potential while modeling the standards required to wow guests and encourage repeat visits. This role focuses on driving guest satisfaction and team development within the Miller & Carter steak concept.
