Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, using your management experience to support operations and lead the team. Train and inspire staff to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard, mentor individuals to reach their potential, and be the role model for development within the team. Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, ensuring every guest feels truly welcome in Oxford/Brentwood locations as part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Premium Country Pubs. This full-time role emphasizes guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence in a hospitality setting.
