Job Summary
Assist in the day-to-day running of the business and support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Use your management experience to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard, act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable, and drive development within the team. Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and help ensure every guest feels truly welcome, reflecting Mitchells & Butlers values and contributing to progression opportunities and a positive, value-driven workplace.
