Assistant Manager/MIT

Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew; receive customer orders over the phones, internet & over the counter; prepare & cook orders per Domino's procedures; maintain basic kitchen operations (cleanliness, stocking/rotating products, dough proofing); perform basic administrative duties (inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, operating evaluations, handling customer concerns, opening/closing tasks); requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, customer service, communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to lift 50 pounds and cooperate with a team; basic math and computer skills; includes full-time and part-time options with wages starting between $16 and $18 per hour, potential background and MVR checks.
