Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing profitability. Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, employee supervision, visual merchandising, and controlling operational costs. Provide guidance and coaching to the store team while fostering compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards. Collaborate on recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team to ensure adherence to company procedures. Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators, and address sales trends to support overall business objectives. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong Managership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles
- Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related tools
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
