Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing profitability. Assist in providing guidance and coaching to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate on recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team while maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing management processes. Implement strategies to enhance customer service, build loyalty, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor key performance indicators, control operational costs, and contribute to marketing initiatives to support overall business objectives.
