Job Summary
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security procedures, inventory management, and labor oversight. Foster a positive working environment by building effective teamwork among team members through training, communication, and relationship development. Assist in the professional growth of shift leaders and team members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Support the delivery of great guest experiences, freshest products, and fast service. Requires a valid driver's license, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
