Job Summary
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations by controlling profit and loss through cash control, security procedures, inventory management, and labor oversight. Foster a positive working environment by building teamwork among team members via effective training, communication, and relationship development. Assist the Restaurant Manager in developing Shift Leaders and team members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle, and be prepared to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license and vehicle
