Assistant Manager

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations by controlling profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, and labor oversight. Foster a positive working environment by building teamwork among team members through effective training, communication, and relationship development. Assist in the professional growth of shift leaders and team members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays are essential. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check and be at least 18 years of age.
