Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to achieve mobile-expert objectives, train and coach Mobile Experts, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include orienting and grounding staff to a standard of loving customers, observing and providing feedback on customer interactions, managing customer wait times, staying current on products, services, and promotions, maintaining store conditions and visual displays, and executing store procedures. The role requires staying updated on leadership practices, communicating effectively with the team, delivering financial results via KPIs, controlling store expenses, and ensuring knowledge of store systems and corporate communications. Education required is a High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment; must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
