Job Summary
The Assistant Manager role partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, instill a customer-first mindset, coach Mobile Experts, monitor customer wait times, and ensure up-to-date product knowledge. Responsibilities include observing interactions to support development and coaching, maintaining store environment and plan-o-gram standards, ensuring teams know store systems and communications, and driving financial results through KPIs. The role requires leadership, training, and adherence to company procedures, with emphasis on customer experience, visual displays, and ongoing team development. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience preferred. Travel is not required for this position.
