Job Summary
Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile oversees and develops the store team to achieve selling and customer-service goals. Responsibilities include orienting and coaching Mobile Experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences, observing and providing feedback on customer interactions, managing wait times, staying current on products, services, and promotions, and leading by example on training, leadership best practices, and store systems knowledge. The role also focuses on achieving monthly success metrics, maintaining store environment quality, executing visual merchandising standards and planograms, controlling expenses and discounts, delivering financial results, and driving team knowledge of corporate communications.
