Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Merchandising Operations responsible for end-to-end merchandising and store-operations workflows, including inventory management (receiving, tagging, quality inspection, stock replenishment), inventory system upkeep, cycle counts, vendor coordination, visual merchandising and in-store displays aligned with brand standards and seasonal direction, and managing the online store (product listings, photography coordination, order fulfilment). Must support daily store operations (opening/closing procedures, register management, delivery processing), handle vendor/customer communications, contribute to product selection and promotional activity, and maintain high presentation standards. Relevant experience in retail or boutique environments, familiarity with retail inventory or POS systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work weekends/evenings for events.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of three years' progressive experience in retail, merchandising, events, or a related field
