Job Summary
Lead and mentor the handbag merchandiser team by delegating tasks, setting performance goals, and conducting regular reviews. Develop and execute merchandising strategy through market analysis, collection planning with design, and overseeing pricing and SKU allocation. Manage supplier and manufacturer relationships while participating in negotiations for terms, pricing, and quality standards. Guide team input on data analysis and contribute to regular reports. Foster collaboration across teams to align efforts and achieve business goals. Requires proven merchandising experience, knowledge of handbag manufacturing, and strong negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred. Fluency in English required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in merchandising field
- Knowledge of Handbag manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Fluent in: English
