Job Summary
Manage end-to-end product development from sourcing through SMS shipment, overseeing new vendor identification, pricing negotiations, and sampling approvals for 2,000–3,000 SKUs annually. Collaborate with overseas teams and channel partners to secure orders, coordinate style collections with photographers, and maintain clear communication across all supply chain stakeholders. Visit factories to understand manufacturing techniques, monitor sample WIP for on-time delivery, and provide regular progress reports to the Head of Department. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, proficiency in ERP systems like PLM and SAP, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- Knowledge of textile and garment production process
- Understanding multiple ERP systems
- Flexibility to work overtime, adjusted hours, or occasional weekends
