Job Summary
Deliver a customer-first experience by coaching the team on unbiased product advice and maintaining a visually inspiring store environment. Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales, profitability, and bottom-line growth through commercial analysis, inventory management, and strategic business planning. Lead daily operations by conducting regular floor walks, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards, loss prevention protocols, and brand-specific promotions. Manage payroll spend via effective scheduling and drive recruitment and retention of diverse teams. Oversee performance management using the NHANCE platform and identify key in-house ambassadors to execute sales targets and conversion goals.
