Assistant Manager

Supervise restaurant employees and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth. Maintain Denny's standards of quality and service while overseeing daily activities. Be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak restaurant hours. This role reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager.
