Job Summary
Delegate tasks to restaurant staff, supervise performance, and arrange shift coverage. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for food product deliveries. Track daily costs, revenues, and sales while balancing the cash drawer and resolving on-the-job challenges. Ensure client satisfaction by handling complaints, opening or closing the restaurant, and reporting maintenance or training needs. Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and guests.
