Job Summary
Lead and direct staff in an effective and professional manner while maintaining restaurant cleanliness standards set by The Department of Health and MidSouth Hospitality. Apply rational principles to solve practical problems involving a variety of variables and effectively communicate goals to all employees to guide them toward achieving financial targets. Provide customers with outstanding service and demonstrate an ownership mentality by striving to meet company performance standards and expectations. Participate in all company training and orientations, which may require overnight travel, and ensure the ability to safely lift at least 40 pounds while performing all necessary job functions. Maintain open availability and work the assigned schedule to support aggressive development plans for the Middle Tennessee market.
