Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Massage Envy drives sales goals, builds and motivates a team, develops talent, and delivers an amazing customer experience. You’ll support the General Manager with day-to-day operations at the Imperial Oaks location, lead and coach staff, and help ensure the brand promise is upheld for clients and employees alike.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
- Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experienced in training staff
- Strong administrative/back office skills (Required)
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Spa management (Highly Preferred)
