Job Summary
Assistant Manager drives sales goals, builds teams, develops talent, motivates team, provides an amazing customer experience. Acts as the connector between leadership, team members and clients, leading the day-to-day operations in the location and supporting the General Manager. Requires experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting, training staff, and strong administrative/back office skills; spa and retail management experience are highly preferred. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus bonus opportunities; range is $18.00 - $23.50 per hour DOE. Location: Rochester Hills, MI. Benefits include medical plans, dental & vision, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and free monthly massage/skincare services.
