Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing staff to ensure efficient operations of the Club. Responsibilities include leading a team, monitoring cashiering procedures, enhancing customer service standards, supervising staff, handling guest complaints, and managing human resources tasks such as scheduling and training. The role requires a certificate or diploma in restaurant management and at least 3 years of managerial experience in nightlife, with an emphasis on teamwork, performance feedback, and maintaining a professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Restaurant Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a managerial level in nightlife
- Fluent in English
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to perform under pressure

- Extensive F&B experience
- Fluency in additional languages
- Knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines
