Job Summary
Marketing and Communications Manager for a hotel property leads development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies across traditional, digital, and social channels. Responsible for creating on-brand messaging to customers, coordinating with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams, and driving campaigns that increase consumer awareness, engagement, and revenue. Core duties include managing F&B promotions, executing email and display advertising, supervising PR activities and media relations, coordinating with external agencies and photographers, ensuring brand voice alignment across digital channels, developing and executing PR plans, and partnering with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize offers and promotional campaigns for in-house guests and local patrons. The role also involves content management for social media, local digital channels, and hotel websites, plus a focus on marketing collateral, event support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet property sales and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
