Job Summary
Lead and coach a market development team within Desjardins, overseeing strategic and operational management of a unit focused on selling financial products and services. Develop and monitor business plans to meet priorities, ensure high-quality member/client experiences, drive profitability, and promote talent development and change management. Build strong relationships with members and clients, implement competitive service offers through partnerships, ensure risk-aware operations, and align activities with Desjardins’s strategic priorities while upholding cooperative values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate - Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
