Assistant Manager - Mareeba

Conduct daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols. Lead and support the team on the floor during every shift while maintaining service standards and store presentation. Take charge of the store in the Store Manager's absence and manage stock management, displays, and seasonal changeovers. Requires experience in a senior retail supervisory role and a calm presence during busy periods. Full-time employment with weekend and public holiday penalty rates, staff discounts, and paid training from day one.
