Job Summary
Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure every vehicle is washed to perfection and manage the car wash's finances to stay within budget. Develop and implement new car wash procedures to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining equipment at peak efficiency. Build strong customer relationships and manage inventory to ensure supplies are stocked and used correctly. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs.
