Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Conflict resolution and customer service
- Experience with rent collection and delinquency management
- Ability to improve efficiency and profitability
- Excellent communication with tenants, contractors, and authorities
- Marketing and sales skills to promote occupancy
