Job Summary
Lead and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability, while supporting recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing group of brand ambassadors. Drive sales and service by leading on the floor, analyzing performance reports to implement action plans, and managing the client database to enhance engagement and increase revenue. Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories, ensuring consistent client communication via available tools. Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue and uphold operational budgets alongside the management team.
