Job Summary
Valuation Analyst role responsible for conducting property valuations across asset classes (commercial, residential, retail, industrial, land) and delivering high-quality reports in line with industry standards (RICS / IVS / local regulatory guidelines). Responsibilities include financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), market research, client interaction, site inspections, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support senior valuers on large mandates. Requirements include MBA (Finance) or M. Tech in Planning, strong experience in real estate valuations and cash flow projections, and proven ability to independently complete end-to-end assignments. Skills emphasized: valuation methodologies (Income Approach, Sales Comparison, Cost Approach), report writing, adherence to RICS/IVS standards, and effective client communication.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or M. Tech in Planning (Housing / Urban Planning)
- Strong experience in real estate valuations and cash flow projections
- Hands-on expertise in valuation workings and report writing
- Ability to independently handle and conclude assignments end-to-end
