Job Summary
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and property market analysis to deliver insights supporting clients' investment and development decisions. Prepare consultancy reports, market assessments, and investment recommendations while analyzing trends, economic data, and property performance. Liaise with clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders; attend site visits and client meetings as required. Support proposal preparation, business development, and market publications. Bachelor's degree in real estate or related discipline with minimum 3 years' experience in property consultancy, market research, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knight Frank Malaysia's Research & Consultancy team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property consultancy, market research or a related field
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings when required
