Job Summary
Partner business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and translate organizational priorities into structured learning pathways. Design and curate needs-based interventions that support role, functional, and enterprise capability building while measuring program effectiveness and return on investment. Deliver end-to-end leadership programs aligned to the Income Insurance framework to drive measurable behavioral change and strengthen people leadership practices. Accelerate workforce readiness through structured roadmaps covering AI and digital skills, and partner with government bodies on funding and career conversion programs. Operationalize culture frameworks using engagement data to drive targeted action planning and steer learning sponsorship investment toward critical business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' progressive experience in learning and organisation development, leadership development, talent development or HR business partnering
- Proven track record in curriculum design, end-to-end programme management and leadership development frameworks
- Consultative and able to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Analytical, with the ability to turn engagement data into actionable learning and development strategy
- User-centric in learning design, with a practical understanding of change management
- Resilient, adaptable and able to deliver at pace
Desired Qualifications
- Financial services or insurance experience
