Job Summary
Facilitate technical discussions with scientists, engineers, and CTOs regarding innovative projects across seismic engineering, AI, machine learning, and manufacturing. Lead client engagements to scope R&D Tax Incentive applications and guide junior staff through complex workflows. Help large enterprises clarify opaque innovation processes while assisting SMEs in streamlining funding access and supporting startups in navigating immediate cash flow needs. Collaborate with government officials to develop policies that advance national investment goals in the innovation and technology sectors. Assist businesses in accessing various government grants and alternative tools to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years-experience in a technical role, within a software, information systems, science or engineering industry
- Experience with preparing or submitting R&D tax incentive or other government grant/funding applications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a technical field such as science, software, or engineering
- Good communications skills and confidence in presenting to an audience which can range from technical experts to CEOs, finance managers, and government officials

- Experience consulting or dealing with external stakeholders
- Software engineering or information systems background
