Job Summary
Finance-focused role: Assistant Manager / Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis responsible for monthly closures, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting. Maintains department P&L and balance sheets, analyzes performance vs targets, prepares rolling forecasts, and develops dashboards and presentations for leadership. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports board materials, and ensures alignment with accounting standards and internal controls. Requires CA with 2-3 years post-qualification, strong FP&A and MIS capabilities, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, ERP experience, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- CA with 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in FP&A, MIS, budgeting, or financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial presentations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Effective communication skills, including drafting and professional email correspondence
