Job Summary
Assistant Manager/Manager - Content participates in preparing content for distribution compliant with local and international distribution regulations and copyrights. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Technical and Production teams to support seamless content movement and distribution, develops distribution strategies for theatrical releases, monitors market trends to refine plans, maintains business documentation and reports, and tracks performance metrics. Builds and maintains relationships with producers/distributors/rights holders, educates clients on Digital Cinema best practices, communicates release information to production houses, and explores partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising. Manages film release calendars and oversees social media operations related to content promotion and engagement. Requires a minimum Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Tamil and Southern languages. Location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with on-site work (IN_PERSON).
