Assistant Manager/Manager, Asia Derivatives Onboarding

Job Summary
Receive derivatives trading requests from Relationship Management, Product Management, and Portfolio Managers, then assess required documentation, broker accounts, and internal system setups. Facilitate internal approval processes and maintain status dashboards for account opening requests presented to traders. Coordinate operational readiness across the middle office, operations, and collateral management, while working with Legal Services to finalize agreements. Contribute to external broker relationship management and technology setup for new product types. Continuously evaluate practices to increase process efficiency and mitigate financial and operational risks. Harmonize the derivatives onboarding process with the Global Derivatives Services team in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- at least 3 years' experience in asset management, investment operations and projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Client Onboarding/KYC and Derivatives Account Opening
- Experience with collateral, derivatives or other investment related products
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and the flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment
