Job Summary
Deliver agreed sales KPIs for the store, focusing on sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, and CRM, while motivating the team to achieve these results. Execute retail action plans, manage product launches including sampling campaigns and in-store displays, and ensure strict adherence to VM guidelines. Lead the team through regular training sessions on product knowledge, competitor trends, and cash handling procedures, while maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving consumer queries. Oversee back-of-house operations, including store cleanliness, inventory management, and loss prevention, and ensure accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for HQ, providing feedback and managing emergency situations, and support the recruitment and ongoing development of store staff.
Required Qualifications
- A passion and previous Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience
- Sales focused with a proven sales record
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs
- Strong people and performance/ management skills
- Expertly honed customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated, focused and be able to use own initiative
- Communication both verbal and written to a high degree
- Expertly groomed at all times
- Available Full Time
- have flexible working hours
- Position will include Saturdays and some Sundays
- Be assertive, dynamic and always have a can do and positive attitude
