Job Summary
Oversee maintenance activities for four crews installing, repairing, and fabricating metal parts to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably. Direct employees and contractors in terminal traffic operations, diagnose machinery malfunctions, and respond to emergent situations requiring immediate maintenance. Provide 24/7 coverage for structural, electrical, fire suppression, railroad, and perimeter fencing needs while coordinating with vendors for repair enhancements. Assist operations in optimizing plant availability, analyze production schedules for worker hour estimates, and monitor costs against the annual budget. Maintain compliance with labor contracts and promote a team-based culture. Must be available for off-hours emergencies and hold a valid TWIC credential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience in mechanical/industrial maintenance
