Job Summary
Plans, organizes and supervises the maintenance & operations of plant, utilities, electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation. Coordinates and directs schedules (daily to yearly) for maintenance staff; assigns priorities and timeframes; ensures completion and compliance; trains staff on equipment, procedures, and safety; supervises maintenance activities including contractors; develops RFP/RFB documents; manages maintenance budgets and documentation; Mentors less experienced staff; delivers efficient repairs reporting and responds to emergencies. Key skills include maintenance planning and scheduling, budget management, contractor coordination, electrical/HVAC/instrumentation knowledge, safety/compliance, and team leadership for multi-disciplinary mechanical/electrical/instrumentation maintenance teams.
