Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager leading and coaching the sales team to drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, managing a designated division (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), overseeing store operations and systems, assisting with recruiting and training, fostering collaboration among leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading product knowledge sessions, and stepping into various sales-floor roles as needed. Must have 1-2 years of retail management experience, adapt to scheduling that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate problem-solving and teamwork within a supportive, inclusive environment.
