Assistant Manager

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including visual merchandising, operations, HR, service, and selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts, and lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge. Curate a collaborative working environment, come up with innovative ways to engage the community, and ensure the team exceeds goals with best-in-class customer service. Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
