Job Summary
Assistant Manager overseeing a store leadership role to drive profitability through authentic customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Responsible for coaching the sales team, providing feedback, and collaborating with the Store Director/Associate Store Manager to manage operations, recruiting/training when needed, and to ensure best-in-class customer service. Responsibilities include leading divisional activities (visual merchandising, operations, HR, service & selling), supporting recruiting/training, managing store systems, and stepping into various sales-floor roles as needed. Requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 pounds.
