Job Summary
Assistant Manager leading the store leadership team to drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, providing feedback, collaborating with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, managing designated divisions (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), overseeing store operations and systems, assisting in recruiting/training, cultivating a collaborative working environment, ensuring goals are met, leading product knowledge sessions, and developing innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty. Flexibility to step into various roles on the sales floor as needed; required 1-2 years of retail management experience; must have scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 40 pounds and perform related physical tasks.
