Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results by owning your designated division of responsibility, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling. Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability and providing immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. Collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies for business success, assist with recruiting and training efforts, and curate a collaborative working environment. Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge, come up with innovative community engagement events, and step into various sales floor roles as needed. Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
