Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’re part of the leadership team responsible for driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You’ll provide coaching to the sales team, collaborate with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to adapt strategies, and ensure smooth operational support. Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.), manage store operations and systems, assist with recruiting and training when needed, and help create a collaborative environment. Lead product-knowledge sessions to boost customer connection, engage the community through events, and be prepared to step into various sales-floor roles as needed. You should have 1-2 years of retail management experience and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 pounds.
